From processing 40+ million returned items, to sparing more than 80 million pounds of returns from landfills, 2021 was filled with making significant impact and reaffirming our commitment to our core business values of innovation, teamwork, partnership, and sustainability. We did this as efficiently as possible, with help from our teammates across our 12 Reverse Logistics Centers, where we received returned and overstock inventory, and processed, refurbished, resold and fulfilled items on behalf of our retail and manufacturing clients.
