The Future of Reverse Logistics Starts Today by Chuck Johnston

Across the marketplace, myriad companies have always been collecting Big Data. But what are they doing with it? They collect it and save it and store it. For what?

goTRG COO Chuck Johnston offered opening comments on Day 2 of the 2018 Reverse Logistics Conference. He said goTRG collects valuable data and uses it to grow and evolve its artificial intelligence capabilities. AI and robotics are allowing goTRG, an omni-channel business solution and reverse logistics leader, to make decisions faster than ever before about returns disposition. In turn, the Miami-based company is maximizing recovery and lowering expenses for customers such as Walmart and Home Depot.

This is a new day in Reverse Logistics, Johnston said and the future starts today.
