While some think AI is in the future, goTRG says the future of AI begins today. In fact, the company is already using AI in its facilities to reduce touches and maximize recovery on returns for its reverse logistics customers, writes goTRG’s CEO Sender Shamiss.
While human evaluators use individual opinions bring a personal bias to the grading process, very soon – possible within the next six months – goTRG’s AI solution will have collected enough data to start making more accurate grading decisions and avoid those personal grading biases. Grading used, returned and refurbished items has been a subjective process with a lot of room for error – until now.
