While human evaluators use individual opinions bring a personal bias to the grading process, very soon – possible within the next six months – goTRG’s AI solution will have collected enough data to start making more accurate grading decisions and avoid those personal grading biases. Grading used, returned and refurbished items has been a subjective process with a lot of room for error – until now.
